Shopping at the Inka Market


It's serious business, this shopping thing. The inca market is full of textiles and jewelry and art. Heather (the short one) was in alpaca heaven and managed to get an alpaca blanket for $22 American (among other treasures). All the ladies were ogling the scarves, mitts and hats. They have some beautiful colored knit wear here:



And with gorgeous designs (heathe bought this alpaca wrap by the way)


There was just soo much to choose from, and so many stalls with similar items, so we could barter for the right prices and easily walk away to the next stall when we wernt getting it.
